Full course description
IDEA requires the identification of measurable post-secondary goals that are based upon age-appropriate transition assessments relating to training, education, employment, and, where appropriate, independent living skills. Transition assessment information enables educators to identify a student’s strengths, preferences, areas of interest, and areas of need that can be used to drive the development of the transition IEP. Learn about various transition assessment instruments and how they may be used to develop the transition IEP.
