Positive Behavior Supports and School Discipline-1hr

In July 2022, the U.S. Department of Education, the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS), the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP), and the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) released several discipline and behavior guidance documents and resources. This webinar will review new information covered by these documents on the use of positive behavior supports and school discipline for students on IEPs and Section 504 plans. Considerations for North Dakota schools will also be covered.
