Intellectual Disability (ID)

This course offers a concise yet comprehensive overview of intellectual disabilities (ID) tailored for educators. It covers key topics, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) definition, evaluation procedures, eligibility criteria, assessment methods, the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and the use of assistive technology. Participants will gain essential knowledge to effectively support students with intellectual disabilities in educational settings.
