Understanding gifted learners in the classroom is crucial for fostering their unique abilities and creating an inclusive, dynamic educational experience. Cultivating the potential of gifted students not only benefits them individually but also encourages a culture of excellence for all students. In this course, participants will develop a better understanding of the characteristics of gifted students, their unique learning needs because of their brain development, and how to advocate for gifted learners in the classroom and at the district level.
Credit Option:
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will earn one and a half hours towards the required 15 hours needed for credit.
