Full course description
This course will equip you to use your MTSS framework to effectively screen for and support learners with dyslexia. You will build an understanding of dyslexia, learn how to implement a screening system, as well as establish clear pathways for intervention. The course focuses on using data to identify instructional needs, monitor progress, make instructional adjustments, and evaluate system effectiveness. Learners will also explore how to build staff capacity through professional development to ensure a sustainable, schoolwide approach to dyslexia support.

Explain dyslexia and recognize common characteristics across learners.

Use screening tools to spot students who may be at risk for dyslexia.
