Whether you’re a school counselor, advisor, CTE instructor, or administrator, you’ll leave this course ready to implement and guide your students through Compass with confidence.

The 4-Year Rolling Plan is a vital component of the Choice Ready framework in North Dakota. This course will walk you through every aspect of how Compass supports this requirement—while also enhancing student planning, advising, and career readiness.
