Full course description

This course will provide an overview of the PrimeroEdge Menu Planning and Production modules. This module consists of videos, quick step downloads and resources to read through. All activities need to be completed and a grade received for any quiz or interactive material. At the end of this course, you will feel comfortable and confident to create or update your production records to include the required information and more. 

This course will credit 8 hours toward the Master the Menu: A Manager's View
