Full course description

During this course we will use the menu example below and walk through all of the considerations to menu and plan for the most efficient way to prepare and serve this particular menu day. This is designed to get your wheels turning and provide tips and tricks to increase the efficiency of your kitchen. Not all kitchens, schools or staff is created equal.

Upon completion of this activity, you will receive a certificate of completion for 2 hours of training. This certificate will be applied Master the Menu: A Manager's View.
