This course is designed to help you rethink professional learning and create something that is practical, relevant, and actually used. You’ll learn how to design Micro-PD—short, focused learning experiences that fit into the time you already have and meet educators where they are. Throughout the course, you will move through a Discover, Discuss, Demonstrate structure—learning new ideas, reflecting on your practice, and applying your learning along the way.

By the end of this course, you won’t just have ideas—you’ll have a ready-to-use Micro-PD resource that can be adapted and implemented within your school or district.
